Whether you like sushi or not, if you tried one of these you would be a convert. It is in a form called fusion sushi that combines classic sushi with other culinary methods. This particular restaurant adds charcoal broiling.
I consider this a brilliant example of culinary art.
The shrimp tempura is stacked cleverly on the serving board and then drizzled with some of the chef’s secret sauces. I love the spiral of sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Last but not least this is melt-in-your mouth delicious.
